Q.What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 499. For all orders for INR 499 and below, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 50.

Q.What are the estimated delivery times?
We ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 working days of placing the order. However, please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions.

Q.On which days is delivery not available?
We don’t deliver on Public, national or bank holidays.

Q.Are there any hidden charges such as Octroi or Sales Tax when I make the payment?
There are no such hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The price listed on our website is final and inclusive of all taxes. The price you see on the product page are the final prices you pay. Shipping charges may apply for addresses outside India - the same shall be communicated at the time of order processing

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A link will be sent along with the tracking details on your registered email ID, we request you to check the spam folder of your email ID in case you haven’t received any email after dispatch in your inbox.

Q.How can I get my order delivered faster?
Any order after dispatch will take 5-7 working days to reach its destination, the cost of which is included in the purchase price of the product. However, if you wish to get it shipped in priority kindly contact us at care@hampawellness.com within 24 hours of placing the order and pay the difference amount for shipping and we will take it further.

Q.Can you expedite my product on priority?
If you want us to expedite your order, give us a call at customer support. We will check with our logistics partner and provide you with an update.Please Note - This is only applicable for prepaid orders.

Q.Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. You can change the shipping address free of cost as long as the shipment is not dispatched from our warehouse. Just write to us on care@hampawellness.com with the details and we will take care of the rest

Q.How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.

Q.Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel order from your orders details page along with the reason for cancellation or write to us on care@hampawellness.com and we will take care of the rest. Please note, orders can be cancelled only till they are “Ready to Ship” status.

Q.Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.

Frequently asked questions on returns and refunds

Q.What is the return policy?
We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, there is a rare occurrence of:

  • A damage during transit
  • or a manufacturing defect
  • or a wrong item delivery

We will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. You will have 7 days to raise a return request for such items by writing to us with the details at care@hampawellness.com and our team would be happy to resolve your issue at the earliest

Q.How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
Once we process the cancellation/refund request, you will receive the refunded amount in 14 business days.

Q. Do you pick up the product I want to return from my location?
After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered from your location. Please ensure that you pack the products in the box provided, and secure it with duct/clear tape. We will send you few documents to print. Kindly handover the documents to the courier guy during the time of the pickup.

Frequently asked questions on Cash on delivery .

Q.Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
We offer COD service for selected Pin Codes, as serviced by our fulfilment partner. There are no additional charge for COD orders. As we grow, we will continue to add more Pin Codes for COD deliveries.

Q. How will I receive the refund for my returned product in case of cash on delivery orders?
For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
