  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
  • Examples of Personal Information collected:

Hampa Wellness shall store Your Personal Information at least for a period of three years from the last date of use of the Services or Site or for such period as may be required by law.

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. There is a tab at the end of the Privacy Policy which indicates when the Privacy Policy was last updated.
  • When we update Our Privacy Policy, we may notify you of the update over email. If You do not agree to the amendments, please do not use the Site any further.
  1. GRIEVANCE OFFICER
    • We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances that You may have regarding the processing of Your Personal Information.
